Scope Management

 Can anyone throw light on how can process 5.4 Create WBS come before 5.5 Validate Scope.

Whats the point in creating WBS when your scope is not valiidated

Create WBS is coming in Planning and  Validate scope is coming in Monitoring & control. Obviously planning will come before Execution and Monitoring and control. Am i right?

In monitoring & control the deliverables are validated whether their scope is in line  with scope baseline. Here the validation is not validating the actual scope, but comparing scope of the deliverable with the scope baseline.

Friends, correct me if i am wrong.
