Scope Baseline

While creating WBS, the outputs are WBS,WBS DICTIONARY,Scope baseline, project documents update,
but when you go through the contents of Scope baseline-that are project scope statements, WBS , AND
WBS DICTIONARY, When one output(scope base line) already contain all the details name of wbs then why  again three seperate outputs( wbs ) in the creation of wbs alongwith scopebaseline.

They are three separate deliverables or outputs.  WBS, WBS dictionary and Scope baseline. In "create WBS" process, you will have outputs WBS and WBS dictionary and then the scope baseline will be finalized as a result of above being created, hence there is one more output which is baselined scope or scope baseline.
