Answer is C
C looks the most appropriate answer due to:
1) Low Priority risk which are included in watchlist are an output of Qualitative Risk Analysis.
2. If you talk about big projects where you have several hundreds of risk, generally you dont waste time on preparing a respone for low priority risks, they are usually kept in a watchlist and monitored.
