the choice was between "Critical Chain method" and "Resource Leveling"

I got the answer right, it was Resource Leveling,

But to be sure that I understand everything I went back to Rita and I read that

Resource leveling = deal with a limited amount of resources,

From what I remember, im pretty sure I got many questions in Mock that was asking what you do with limited amount of resources, and the answer was Critical Chain Mathod.

I am a little confuse,  anyone can help on this ?
