Not an exam like question but I would pick leader since things are unclear during initiation and you wil need leadership skills to pull the team together, get stakeholder buyins etc.

Since you are doing defect analysis, it should be QC, as you would be using one of the QC tools to do the analysis.

Sponsor means buyer.

Team building will use informal communication, dont think any of the options apply.

Not very clear but maybe strong , since PM will have control over resources from diff dept. If the work can be done independently by other depts then Funcational would be preferred.
