1) Scope verification

2) Scope planning

3) Initiation

4)Scope defination.

What should be the answer and why?

To prevent Scope creep you need SME's to verify at a later point

In PMBOK pg 77 4.1.2.1 Expert Judgement to Develop Project Charter

In PMBOK pg 107 5.1.2.2 Subject Matter Experts are used to Collect Requirements.

This question is very old , of year 2000 and back.

my question is why you referring so old stuff.

while taking any question bank -get confirmed of its relevancy.

------------------------

why it is old----- initiation is not a process, not a process group.

like scope planning, scope definition and also scope verification, nothing is any process of edition 4.

and if you want proof-- see p 376 -- pmbok ed 4.

2 & 3 are not processes. 1 is done in the end when handing over the product to the customer. Hence 4 which as per PMBOK 4 is now "Define Scope" process.
