Question re Professional Responsibility


You have completed the project but found out that there are some defects in the final product at the very last day. Senior management tells you not to tell the client about this. What is the best action:

A) Tell the client regardless of what senior management asked you for.

B) Ask the team not to mention the defect to anyone and keep it as a secret,

C) Resign from the job 


Correct answer should be A. Not really sure what is the definition of "completed the project". But telling the client would be the right thing to do.
