Just an info on this question that is quite easy but i don't get it.

Which of the following you DON'T need to do if there is a major delay on a NON critical path activity?

a) investigate delay    NOK

b) revaluate which path is critical   NOK

c) change the project schedule  OK

d) review the float time for the activity  NOK

I have selected c) since i though i need to reestimate the critical path after some activity time si changed.. wasn't it?
