Question

You are planning a project that uses the same team as a project that is currently being 

performed by your company. What should you consult to find information about when those 
people will be available for your project?
A. The project schedule for your project
B. The project manager for the project that the team is working on
C. The staffing management plan for the project that the team is working on
D. The communications management plan for your project
 
What should be the answer ? In my opninion it should be first B) and then C) in priority order....
 
Correct Answer is : C
 
Please advise..

Answer is C as stated. First, the question doesnt ask "first" or what you think priority. Second, forget "priority" and then just think of the reality, if you ask the PM, could you get the info you exactly want to know? I am sure, you cannot. Maybe the PM can tell u at least some, but not all details. So the best answer would be C, the Resouce management plan

is the resource management plan same as the staffing plan..and then again, are both of these the same as the HR Plan?
