A project has several teams. Team C has repeatedly missed deadlines in the past. This has caused team D to have to crash the critical path several times. As the team leader for team D, you receive word that the next deadline may also be missed. You should meet with the:
A. Project Manager alone
B. Project manager and Management
C. Manager of Team D
D. Project Manager and the leader of team C
WHY NOT B??? AND D is right....
I selected b as this is repetedly happening so we must notify mgmt also right.

My choice
I am also aspirant currently preparing for PMP. My choice is D. Because of following points:
1. Discussing issues directly with owner is ethical so Leader of Team C must be involved. No just Project Manager.
2. Project manager is next escalation point for both of you and HIS project is going to face possible delays.
Why other options are wrong:
a) Because Point 1 above.
b) You don't need management. Question does not mention anything if you already had raised this issue to Project Manager or Team leaders. If you would have raised and would not have any response then might be next step although it is responsibility of Project Manager not you.
c) This is you :)
That is my opinion and may not be that correct.
