As a project manager, you are responsible for determining and delivering the required levels of both grade and quality. Select which of the following statements you disagree with.
A product can be of a low quality but high grade.
Low quality and Low grade are always a problem.
A product can be of a high quality but low grade.
Low quality is always a problem but low grade need not always be a problem.
I'd prefer C, but answer says B

it contradicts with your
it contradicts with your above option A
it is true low grade is acceptable but quality should not be comprimized.
Among theoptions, such option is not correctly represented but instead low quality and low grade in option b
Since low grade is acceptable but low quality is not acceptable, we should chose option B
