Excellent questions, at first all the options look as valid next steps

Contract is a two way agreement, client has also signed the contract, which means that scope was mutually agreed upon. Client claim that company has left out items in contract is not valid.

Since the scope items left out are very important to client , we will have to define the new scope and ammend the contract. Steps would be.

1) Identify all items left out in contract
2) Estimate and present the cost , schedule.
3) Ammend the contract based on above items

option A is given as answer on knowledge woods website...though i feel option 2 is correct

The only reason a would be right is because its mentioned that discussion with client there is fear of losing contract

However that is not the correct way of operating so I would pick b
