A. Who will be a member of the CCB

B. Spending more time on configuration management

C. Getting a single project sponsor

D. Determining the reporting structure

 

Can somebody please explain me with reference in PMBOK the correct answer?

I feel  Option D

 

 

In this situation the PM has to please 6  bosses instead  one. He might have to report to multiple bosses. It makes the scene chanllenging

 Answer is B

you need to spend more time on configuration management plan.so to ensure keeping everyone from the sponsers on the same page on the the project.

Question tells you that project is in Planning phase. 

 

A is not necessary

B Its to early for config management

C - its not up to the PM to decide how many sponsors a project can have. Term "Sponsor" can be used for multiple people, directors etc.

 

So D since as new PM you should know who is who so as to find out the responsibility of different important stakeholders and where you stand in the chain of command
