In a PTA (Point of Total Assumption) calculation, does the share ratio always equal out to 100%? For the Buyer and Seller and if so is there an industry standard (like 80/20 or 50/50)?

yes the share ratio will
yes the share ratio will always total to 100% . There may be industry standards but its not required for PMP exam. You can read this page for more info
