Project NoteBook/Record/Report definitions

Hi, can anyone please provide the definition for project notebook, record, report and things that will be included in each of them.

Project Notebook - A Project Notebook is the device which houses the project Plan
Project Records- Includes correspondence, memos, and documents describing the project
Project Reports - Documents formal reports on project status and/or issues
Project Presentations - Is distributed formally or informally to any or all of the project stakeholders.
