Can spme one please confirm my undersatnding on Close project and changemanagement procss holds good. I am confused mostly on the bpth topics after giving some mock tests.

Change  management

• Prevent unnecessary changes
• identify them early
• Document CR
• Asses the impact (triple constarint plus quality)
• create options (crashing fast tracking etc)
• Input to Change management system(CCB,procedures tools etc)
• Update the baselines and other documents
• inform stake holders

Project closure

• Verify the project scope work
• close procurment
• Client acceptance
• Final performance report
• LL
• Archive Project document
• hand off of completed work
• Relase resources

Please guide me if there is a GAP in the knowledge
