Your company achieved a new telecom project in India and comapny is looking forward to recruit more qualified professionals from India itself. But in order to promote and help the backward class
people, indian govt. has created guidlines to provide 49% quota in recruitment of the professionals who belong to backward
class or schedule castes. Now as a project manager, what will you do :

a) You wont implement this guideline because it is against the "fairness" in code of ethics as it will cause
  discrimination against high caste and backward caste professional.

b) You will implement this guideline beacuse as per indian govt., providing such quota is imporatant to maintain
the cultural balance in the indian scoiety.

c) You will ask the indian govt to change this guideline.

d) You will outsource your premium activities related to project to some other country.
