PMStudy Prep Test processes

Has anyone worked with PMStudy and understand how long it takes to get access to a test once you purchase one.

Yesterday i had a credit and emailed for having it applied to Test 4 for today at 10AM and did not get a reply. I thought no worries,  i will just ask for a refund latter and went ahead and paid again for Test 4 this morning and it has been a couple hours and i still dont have access.

I could be missing something, i did notice it said could take 24 hours for a reply to support but would not think getting access to a paid test would take that long.

Anyone have any experience with this provider and able to provide any insight.

I can answer my own question on this one, hope it helps someone else in the future.

Just recieved a access notification, On a weekend i would plan for a 3 hour delay before getting access. I am sure there are a lot of people pushing hard for the last couple weeks left so i am sure they are more busy than normal. 

I do appricaite all their support and help and find their Prep Tests excellent.

 I got the access in 5 mins from them...Their might be some lag in payment....from merchant which could have caused the delay. I have always seen a quick turn around from them.

I also had taken couple of simulated practice tests from PMstudy earlier and had got access within 5 to 10 mins. Further, on sending any email with regards to a query they were very prompt in responding. It seems there is a good demand for PMstudy's practice tests and I am only happy to recommend them to anyone preparing for the PMP exam.
