Hi,

In principle, schedule or cost anything has more variation than planned should be given attention at first. PMP advises to calculate schedule or cost always accurate and not most favourable / infavourable to project.

In this case,

A. CPI = 0.97
B. SPI = 0.97
C. CPI = 1.07
D. CPI = 1.25

means, the variation in D is more compared to others, so the attention to be paid on Case - "D".
