 D and D

Can you explain why D & D ?

1) I think it should be C , have experts make a decision on what should be used , remember choice D is not submitting a change request. Only best choice available is C

2) B distribute money among all team memmbers.

 Q1:

expert is by the client .. so we must understand that expert as client .. if project manager get expertise from the that expert that scenario is changed but here he representing a client .. so he advicing for the change in scope ( the question doe't not decribe also that the work not being doen according to the scope) so i thinkg choice D is the best.

Q:2  reffer the Apraisal and reward in HR management , there is the example that if the estimated duration is hard to achive .. means its planning engineer's mistake .. but the other team members are doing hard to achive the estimated duration ..

in that case i think Planning engineer should not be rewarded .. nor be  punished.

so choice would be D as well

 answers are D & C

1.D...I would think ....Change requests are subject to the processes specified in the change control and configuration control systems.By submitting their proposal to the change system ensures that the change goes through the integrated change control to be reviewed, analyzed and approved promptly. This also allows for the change to be coordinated across the entire project on its effect on on other project constraints.PMBOK section 4.5

1. D - There could be many reasons for the client requesting a change in the actual material used and in this case, my assumption would be that the requirements were not adequately collected at the onset. Such a change would now have to follow the integrated change control and since this request comes during the execution phase.

2. D - I was undecided between B or D but generally, you would assume that a performance management system exists (as per HRM). It is also dependant on the professional discretion of the PM.
