While shifting the company head office from the city to 20 kilometers away to new office one cup board and one office desk damaged by the moving staff. What is the risk associated with this activity?

The company has zero risk.
The company has zero risk. The risk is transferred to the moving company. While contracting the job to the moving company, the terms and conditions, in general include that any damage related expenses during moving will be absorbed/reimbursed by the moving ccompany.
