PMP information Eligibility etc.,

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is great. I've almost 8 yrs experience as an operations PM and would like to take PMP exam.. have couple of questions about the eligibility criteria:

1. One of the eligibility criteria is to have 35 hrs of education: So, is this the sequence - first I've to get 35 hrs of education and then apply for an exam through PMI application and once approves, I can book exam - correct ?
2. I've seen PM PrepCast as one of them which will give 35 hr of education - did anyone take this ? If so, do they give any certificate or any exam for this also ?

 Yes, you can take education or online course from any REP, including Prepcast and it will be considered for 35 contact hours.
