PMP exam

Dear Forum Members

As informed earlier, d-date for me was today(i.e 13/5/2013) and also one of the auspicious day in India.

With the support of the Forum Members, I have cleared the PMP in first attempt with the following Grades

Initiation : BP

Planning : MP

Executing: MP

M & C : P

Closing : MP

Special Thanks to Pawar for bailing out and clearing the concepts regularly

Sharing of discussions by the forum members from AP ( last month), diba, Geethika, PMP Crush, Yzoh, Vadrevu etc in the recent past has helped me to keep in the groove

Lastly Admin for PMZilla 200 tough questions had given the confidence of going through

My LL will follow and just want to relax today from the last week onslaught to reviewe PMBOK

yaah, I am aware of it

The way you are answering questions gives an indication of clearing the exam by you

You have taken bold step of following only Rita. I agree Rita being one of the Golden books to go through the same but PMBOK is the bible..

I don't suggest you to go for PM study 3 and 4 etc further . All would be similar. Instead devote time to run through few critical chapters like Risk, Easy chapters like HR, Communication from PMBOK. Have a look at the % of questions which can be covered by this chapter !, u will be surprized

In fact I did not purchase any of the Mock Tests. Attempted only free except PMZilla 200 Tough. In the first attempt i got only 50% and almost it shattered me but kept my cool head and gone through the gaps and scored around 65%. Further no time was available to me.

I was actually going over all

I was actually going over all the 200 questions (correct and the incorrect questions) to fill in the gaps for the 1st 2 tests from PMStudy but that took away a lot of time, but tonight I am just going to take Test #3 and go over the incorrect (and marked) ones.

Also need to decide on my brain-dump strategy and practice that to replicate it in 15 mins.
