PMP® credential through CAPM® exam first
PMP® credential requires some experience, minimum three years or 4.500 hours. For young professional a good choice is CAPM® certification, while maturing experience as potential project manager. Both certifications are based on PMBOK ® Guide, but CAPM® requires only contents knowledge and not yet application scenarios. CAPM® credential is the right door to enter in the international Project Management context, without loosing time and money on local certifications. Then, as you gain the necessary experience hours, you will be in good standing to pass the PMP® exam soon and progress in your career.
I will appreciate a discussion on this opportunity for all young potential Project Manager, you too.
