PMP Certificate Not Received

Hi all,

I've passed the exam on July 2nd.I'm located in Dubai,UAE.I had provided the correct postal address but to date have not received the certificate.I've received the PDF version from PMI website.Can anyone advise whom I need to contact to resolve this issue??

Also can anyone provide me the link for downloading my version of PMBOK from the PMI website(I am a member).

You can call up their US helpdesk @ +1-610-356-4600 OR +1-855-746-4849 and speak. Always better to call the US folks up directly since regional contact centers don't always have the most updated info.
