Re : Page No. 56
Hi,
Ofcourse there is a relation among the two.
During the Execution process, you will have to share the information about the project performance (in the form of Work Performance Information & Performance Reports) . These are done by the DIstribute Information process (From Communication Management), which is the process of making relevant information available to project stakeholders as planned.
I hope that helps.

yes you are right.I may be wrong,I do not see work performance infos as input to Distribute information and yes Performance report is the input but i believe Performance report is coming from M& C process -report performance. Is not it?

as per p 43 DI is process of
as per p 43 DI is process of executing process group.
and D&M PE is an integration management , will involve all processes of executing group.
Any output of M&C may be input to any process of any group.
like quality control measurements are input of quality assurance.
---------------------------------------
As per pmbok 4 it is understand that distribution information is an execurion process, because in this process planned (refined) information are distributed to SH
while report performance is a M&C process , because in this performance reports are made ready by analysis and refinement for distributing as per planning.
----------------------------------------------------------
though it is extensively a matter of debate -- as per pmbok 4 --- performance reports are also collected and distributed to SH in report performance process. --- but forget this subject----- might be this report distribution is only among internal SH or for the purpose of analysis and final briefing (refinement)
