PMBOK figure 11.16 - Mistake

Is it (Fig 11-16 p300) triangular distribution curve/example ?


Shape of curve is showing either Beta or Normal distribution curve, while PMBOK describing it as an example of Triangular distribution.

I have recently started my PMP preparation. I am not very clear on the difference between Work Performance Information and Performance Report.
In Integration Management - Why Work Perf. Info'n is an input to Integrated Change Control and not for Monitoring & Control. Same regarding Performance Report?
