PMBOK 4 based Certificate of completion. Is it still valid for application?

I did this simplilearn course in December 2012 and got the certificate of completion.
But never got to apply for PMP. Can I still use this certificate for the PMP application or do I need to do it again?
Please note that this course was based on PMBOK4 and not the latest PMBOK5.
