Perform Integrated change control

Page 96 of PMBOK fourth edition- Plan procurement is input to perform integrated change control.


I need bit clarififcation.


Plan procurement is planning process &


All planning processes are signed off in Project management plan  in planning phase.


 


How come plan procurerment  generates change request?

For perform integrated change control Project Management plan is the input and Procurement Management plan is one of the subsidaries of  Project Management Plan.

During the iterative process of planning Procurement Management plan can be changed if required.
