Passed PMP Exam Today

Today I passed my PMP Exam with blessings of Almighty Allah, with P-P-P-MP-BP grades.

I would like to share my Experience of PMP Prep & Exam.

Books: Rita 8th Vol (As first book) + PMBOK 5 (As a guide to reconcile, if anything missing or more informative in PMBOK), Youtube videos of Tamilselven, DrSam Swapan,iZenBridge
For practice:
> PM Fast Track Simulation
> Oliver
> Simplilearn
> PM Study
> TechFaq 360

(Key Point): Exam is purely "Time management & your ability to understand Scenario in true sense"

Exam questions were focused on:
> What should be "BEST" among the following options in presented scenario
> What should be "NEXT" when a situation is explained
> Cost Management Questions (S-Curve or some Data given & they ask for Project Current Status of what should be done to make it correct etc)
> Conflict Management
> Perform QA & CQ Processes should be very clear with examples
> Q-Planning & Controlling tools
> Risk Response Planning in given situation
> Change Control Process (Complete in depth understanding)
> Schedule related Q (What I remember was, every Q involved clear understanding of "Dependencies" plus then finding CPM or lead/lad value)
> Two or three Questions were related to "Contract types" in procurement

Note: Always understand clearly Vocabulary used in Exam, No need to memorize ITTOs (Dont be fool to waste time on those, as merely one Question was asked about it out of 200). So practice from those sites/simulation tools which present different & difficult scenarios to make you familiar with different terminologies and make your understanding speedier.
