The only tip I would add is to know ITTO chart fairly well and understand what is the next logical step after an action has been taken.  I used Rajesh Nair's notes to build a solid mental map. His notes are the best. I would take simulation tests to build up endurance of going thru 200 questions in 4 hours.  I only did Oliver's free exams.

Also, please make sure you go in with a full stomach. I wasn't able to go to my locker to get the snacks during break time. I wasn't sure how I was going to perform since I got hungry after second hour.

During your 15 min time allotted to get acclimated on tutorial, use the time to write all the formulas and other references.
