Submitted by elthox on Thu, 07/18/2013 - 06:57
Hi,
There are some processes whose outputs include both OPA updates and Project Document updates.
Could anyone explain substantially thereason of having both outputs at the same time?
What does Project documents includes in that OPA doesnt have it?

There is an overlap with Project Documents for sure.
There is an overlap with Project Documents for sure. Per PMBOK, OPA also includes historical data, lessons learned, completed schedules, risk data and earned value data.
