All - I am very happy to inform you that I passed PMP with 1P and 4 MP. I prepared a total of around 2.5 months for this and was preparing around 2 hours during weekdays and 5 hours during weekend.

 

Constraints:

 

Full time job and newly married!!!

 

I am at a full time job in US and is at the client place and had loads of work to complete. Infact, I went to the office on the exam day also. Had to travel to a different place for conference for around 3 days just 5 days before the exam.

 

 

Preparation:

 

I used just PMBOK and RITA. Read RITA twice and PMBOK thrice.  Made personal notes as I was reading the books the second time.

(If you are getting around 75% on the standard mock exams, then you should be able to score what I have scored)

 

On the day of the exam:

 

I had to work in the morning and exam was in the evening. First 49 questions were very tough and got some easy ones in the next 25 odd. The quality of the exam is extremely good and beleive me it was tough. No mock exam can match this.
