Friends,
This is another questions from simplilear mock exam:
Which of the following is the correct order of actions that you take during the closing processes?
A.Get formal acceptance, release the team, write lessons learned, close the contract
B.Write lessons learned, release the team, get formal acceptance, close the contract
C.Get formal acceptance, write lessons learned, hand over deliverable to stakeholder(s), close the contract
D.Get formal acceptance, close the contract, write lessons learned, release the team
Can some please explain the order of actions should be taken during the closing process?
I'm bit not clear on the sequence.
Thanks
Jai

Hi, This is the sequence, as per pmi.
In the above Q, C is some what nearer, not the correct sequence though. Contract closure is not part of Project closure, It happens before that. Release team is removed from the sequence.
Obtain final acceptance from customer against project scope (PM plan)
Transfer the work product to stakeholders/operations
Perform administrative closure
Report final project performance
Collect lessons learned and put in OPA
Archive all project records
Measure customer feedback
