Quality Question

 You have successfully completed a project and the customer is happy with the product. From a project management perspective, when a service or a product meets customer expectations, it means that:

Choice 1 Cost of quality is low

Choice 2 Project is completed

Choice 3 Cost of quality is high

Choice 4 Quality is achieved

 

I feel the answer should be Choice 2 but it is wrong, any ideas.

Hence option D would be the answer.

 Thanks sspawar, if I only see the lines when a service or a product meets customer expectations, it makes sense however when i see the line From a project management perspective it gives me a feeling that yes project is completed
