PASSED PMP EXAM !
Hello All,
I am glad to share the news that I have cleared the PMP exam on 12 Feb 13. The reason I am sharing lessons learned at PMZilla is that I owe to this forum a lot.
My Study Tactics:
1)
Study PMBOK guide (10 Times)
2)
Study Rita's PMP exam prep 7th Edition (2 times)
3)
Abhishek's Version - Rajesh Nair PMP Notes (5 times)
4)
Practice Question: 4000+ (Rita Fast Track 1500, Exam Central 1000, PMStudy, SimpliLearn etc)
I really liked Exam Central 1000 questions and it's free of cost! Thanks to Exam Central.
In the practice exam, I was getting on an average of 75%-85% marks and gave me some confidence to attain the exam. I really took the exam as a “Project” and planned for 400 Hours of study. I don't consider myself as an extra ordinary individual so “planned study” is the key to pass the exam and there is no short cut!
I really thank “PMZilla” and the community to share your experience. These boosted me every time I was feeling down and not getting good scores.
I really thank my Mom for her endless sacrifice and supporting me in this journey.
It’s time to contribute back to the community. If you need any help please write me at abdulla.intellect@yahoo.com
Have a good day!
Best Regards,
Abdulla Al Mamun, PMP

Hello Abdulla,congrats on
Hello Abdulla,
congrats on your PMP.
I need some advise here. I cannot understand if I am ready for the exam or not and what is the right direction to go to.
I just did Oliver Lehman 75 questions in 1 hour and got 72% (54 correct answers).
Exam Central is usually quite easy for me (80+% average)
I really think that probably I should do more practice exams, but I am afraid if I use any of the practice exams now, then I cannot reuse them for final test readiness check because I will probably know the answers.
Anyway, this weekend I am planning to devote 4hrs and take 200 questions from Rita FastTrack. Let's see how it goes :)

Hi, There are about 6000+
Hi,
There are about 6000+ practice quetion available. Please check this link (http://www.pmzilla.com/pmp-exams-and-resources-pmp). This will guide you the number of questions available for practice.
As per my experience, the moment you will start getting bored of seeing the same questions and concepts are repeating and you are scoring 85%+ then you are ready for the exam!
Best of Luck...
Abdulla
