Cancelled appointment due to Technical Glitch
Booked my appointment for PMP exam on 16th Jan 2013(Wednesday) @ Chennai location. While i was seriously preparing/revising last saturday i received a SMS from Prometric mentioning that my appointment is cancelled due to some technical issues on their side. Then on Sunday, i received a phone call from PMI mentioning that i should re-schedule the exam by visiting prometric site.
oooops...when i visited the prometric website to reschedule unfortunately i didnt get Chennai during the location search. I got only "Hyd"...I called Prometric chennai center on tuesday(15th Jan), they gave me a gurgaon number and asked me to call them..I've been trying this number since 9 o clock in the morning till evening 5 continuously..i was really frustrated hearing the busy tone...Blessing in disguise, i got hooked up with a representative by 5:15 in the evening and explained the whole situation...They said i would be able to reschedule by Today(Jan 21st)...Today when i opened Hindu paper, i see that its still going to take a while to get their systems up running... All the tests conducted in Prometric are getting delayed because of their technical glitch.
Really frustrated and waiting for the D-Day to come......
