Just Passed PMP

Hey folks  I just passed the PMP today. The exam was a good mix of some really  verbose questions and a few straight forward questions.. There were a lot of situation questions on time, cost, scope ..I did not find too may questions on Professional Conduct and responsibilites..

This was my study pattern

1) Practiced a lot of questions atleast 5000 odd from various resources.

2)3 full time tests in the initial stages , never scored more than 60-65

2) Read PMBOK just once

3) Andy crowe 2 times

4)Rita - 2 times - This was my primary source

I did not take any practice tests in the last 15 days. Just tried to understand the concept  and i believe  that was good enough.. I studiedfor abt 2 months . The key is to try different questions..

PS: I had a bad experience during the exam .  After about 85 questions, my screen froze and I was no able to proceed . I had to call the proctor even she was not able to resolve it. Finally they had to reboot my machine . There was a stoppage of about 8-10 mins  which made me really nervous. All sorts of things were going thru my mind.. Finally  when the started the test , I could see 75 questions completed instead of 85 , this made me angry i had to redo almost 10 questions again .When I asked them what is this all about they had no answer they gave me a number and asked to call a different  number . I lost valuable time in the entire exercise.. And all this was disturbing other ppl in the room so I just decided to refocus  and concentrate. Finally i finished my test  just 8 mins before the final time.. I was not able to review too many marked questions.. I was really not very hopeful after the 200 questions but after a brief survey where i wrote the entire incident in my feedback . I saw the screen which said Congratulations :)

I am really greatful to Rajesh Nair for his amazing notes.

Thanks all
