In which process group formal acceptance of deliverables takes place in Monitoring & Controlling or Closing. I am Confusedd because in Rita book it has shown at two diffrent process at difrrent pages.

Formal acceptance of deliverables takes place in process "Verify Scope" which is part of "Monitoring and Controlling" process group.
Formal acceptance of project as a whole takes place in process "Close project or phase" which is part of "Closing" process group.
