 To me Answer is B.

ISO9001 provides generic guideline. it is enough if your organization maps its processess to a proven methodologies which complay ISO9001 standards.

As I referred online few ISO 9001 - key elements-


ISO is a system to ensure that


 A company establishes its own quality system and procedures, and follows them. It (ISO) is not a quality management system but ascertain and audit the quality system.
