What do you think SS?

Hi SS,

I just took a test of 100 questions on Brainbok (1.5 hours back) and scored 98/100. It should have been 99 though but my naughty son pressed the submit button without me entering anything on it. Wish my 4-year old puddle knew Papa is studying for something important :)

I wrote to Brainbok and they gave me a stats and am copying it for you SS, Another piece of statistics for you - you have scored 12075 out of 14909 quiz questions that you've attempted.

This comes out to be 80.99134% precisely. However, 14909 questions would also take into account the questions that I did during my formative days.

Now, that I am doing fairly okay on ITTOs, am now getting into PMP-Maths. I shall take a fortnight to take care of Maths since I have been a humanities student and Maths was always a far corner for me. For anyone else not much time is needed. A big example could be Diba, 4-5 days or less are suffice for him since he is a technocrat and he missed IIT by a whisker.

After Maths and ITTO done, will start with PMBOK and devote close to half an hour on both till the D-Day. I remember what you said in one of your replies on PMP Exam that, 'No shortcuts are allowed"! I can devote little more time (3-4 hours) on PMP because I work for an infrastructure development company and a considerable amount of time is spent on being on base-camps and now with rains arrived work would be far slower than before. However, that does not mean we are allowed to be at home. We have to report to our respective base camps by 9.45AM. No work, do whatever you want but one has to be at the base camps, come what may! Thankfully, the weekends are off.

I still do not know when is my exam? The only thing I know the eligibility ends on 3.15.13.

PLEASE help me in getting PMP SS :) ::) :)

Warmly, KK...

Hey Kranti,

Not sure why you are worried so much for PMP now. It’s just a exam….common man!

I see you as 100% prepared for the PMP. Excellent command on IITO i.e the base of PMP questions. For PMP numerical questions don’t stress much as the question will be very less in numbers. If you know to make network diagram, calculate critical path, slack, float, ES, EF etc…you are all done. This does not need so much effort, just 3-4 question practice is sufficient.

Schedule you exam now, I don’t see why you should not be giving the exam in next 20-30 days. Just practice some good mock test and you will be like 100% fit for the exam.

Your kid is doing the right thing i.e. preventing you to become 100% accurate. He is anyway your smile and life for you, he knows more than you that too bad and too good…both are of concerns.

Don’t worry about your busy schedule man…be bold and energetic. By definition a busy person is one who has time for everything!

Saket, PMP
