Hi all,

Can please anyone tell me the difference between hierarchical type organization chart and RACI, and when I should use each one of them.

Hierarchical-type Organization Chart is a graphical representation of positions and relationships in a top-down format. Like WBS


RACI (responsible, accountable, consult, and inform) chart is Matrix-based charts i.e. connections between work packages or activities and project team members in a matrix (Table) format.
