Need help Rita Mulcahy 6th edition

I bought a used book online and It looks like its missing a couple of pages from the procurement chapter (chapter 12). Can someone please give me the answers to questions 19 to 37. I dont need the description just the answer letters.

even I noticed that the same pages are missing from my Rita book too..can somebody take the pain to put the answers?
