% breakdown of process group hours for PMI Application

Do we have any standard of % breakdown of hours that should be mentioned in different process groups in 1 project while filling out PMI application form.

No, Nidhi there is none. PMI is essentially looking for a minimum of 4500 hours and the duration should be approx 4 years. They are only going to consider one project at a time. You can not show two projects running concurrently.


Just mention one project at a time. Dont exaggerate since they also have an auditing process. Be honest, be truthful. Concentrate essentially on PMBOK. Give yourself 3-4 months, 2-3 hours a day and voila another PMP on the dais.
