Teaming agreements

 What is jointly prepared by buyer and seller during teaming agreement. Is it only SOW and contract or SOW only. From the way PMBOK says it seems only SOW,but PM Study says both.

PMBOK also states that during Teaming Agreement first the parties will collectively prepare Procurement SOW and then they will negotiate a final contract for a award. (PMBOK Page 331)


So during Teaming Agreement both Procurement SOW and Contract is prepared jointly.
