PTA calculation(s)

In a PTA (Point of Total Assumption) calculation, does the share ratio always equal out to 100%? For the Buyer and Seller and if so is there an industry standard (like 80/20 or 50/50)?

Please and Thanks

yes the share ratio will always total to 100% .  There may be industry standards but its not required for PMP exam. You can read this page for more info

You just need to know the PTA formula and should understand PTA

Good explanation and thanks for the link.

Can you take a crack at my other two questions?

Direct vs. Coaching Leadership style.

Functional vs. Project Manager authority over a resource in a Matrix company.

Please and Thanks
