hi everyone.
During my pmp study i got confused with the executing process group. As i understand that the process "Direct and manage project work" in the integration knowledge area includes many activities like defect repair, corrective action, etc. also this process for example includes manage project team. my question is what the difference between "direct and manage project work" process in integration knowledge area and "manage project team" process in human resorce knowledge area? in other words, if the project manager is managing project team, which process is being performed? is it:
a)direct and managing project work process or
b)manage project team process
