Hi All,

After a long month of study and missing the year end partying with friends, GOT SUCCESS with PMP in my first attempt today. It was an enjoyable journey and re-iterate the fact that any exam to pass needs focus and dedication. Got 3 P's and 2 MP's.

Just wanted to highlight some points on the exam.

1)Do not go by the books and materails which say PMP in 2 days, 3 days, 7 day etc. This may give a wrong impression on what is i nstore for you.

2)Have a study plan for yourself as each individual has a different way to APPROACH exams

3)PMBOK should be mastered from the index to glossary.  You can use any other book for a detailed study but PMBOK should be your base reference material.

4)Focus on Risk, Quality and Procurements. The questions were of very good standard and without proper understanding of the basics most of the questions were not answerable.
