With so much of relief I would like to say that I too finally got PMP Certified last week with 4P and 1MP.

This group was one of the most useful groups I used to visit very frequently and gain loads of useful information, so thank you for that.

I have gone through the lessons learned posts from many of the PMP experts here and it really helped a lot.

Of course support of my husband and my 2 year old toddler was one of the most needed ones and big thank you for that.

My journey:

1) Attended PMP boot camp in April

2) Tried to prepare several times but there was always changing priorities.

3) Hence decided to book the exam date and stick to it. Booked my exam two months before.

4) Studied notes from my boot camp material (Knowledge Woods) and headfirst book once.

5) Studied Rita thoroughly once and attempted all the chapter end questions.

6) Studied PMPBOK thoroughly once and revised once, and from then on started referring to PMBok for all queries as I was very comfortable with PMBOK at this point.

7) Started attempting full length exams from Knowlegewoods and then from PM Exam Simulator, Scordo, and other internet sources.

8) Scored around 80 - 85 average in about 9 exams.

9) Relaxed day before exam and got a good 8 hours sleep.

10) On the exam day, was a bit nervous for the first 10 questions. But felt better after that. Completed the exam in 3 hours and reviewed calculations and the first 10 questions, time was up and then the Survey screen and Finally "Congratulations". So now, I too understand the value and effort needed for this accomplishment and it is definitely worth it!!

Thank you everyone!!
