PMP examination in October

All,

As we all know from Novemebr 1 , the PMP exam syllabus is going to be changed and have enrolled exam in month of October. Do i need to really bother for syllabus change & will i be getting new syllabus questions in month of October ? 

Appreciate if you guys can provide some insight on this !!

The last day to test under the current version of the PMP exam is 11 January 2016. After this date, the PMP will reflect the new exam content outline. This has changed from the original date of 1 November 2015.
